Ravens is a non-profit 501 ( c ) 3 corporation that qualifies under IRS rules for tax deductible gifts. It is administrated by a five person board and will be filing the necessary annual reports with the U.S. government.  Rev. Phil Neely has been an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God for nearly thirty-five years.  He has served on the boards of numerous boards and organizations including service as the District Superintendent of the Rocky Mt. District of the Assemblies of God for five years. He and his wife, Cheryl, hold degrees from Central Bible College in Springfield, MO.  Ravens has been recognized as an “approved ministry” by the Presbytery of the Rocky Mt. District.  Assemblies of God Churches and individuals can give designated gifts through the District and receive credit for World Missions. The address of the Rocky Mt. District is:

Rev. Neely is actively accountable to the National and District organizations of the Assemblies of God.  Their accountability lines in Mexico include the Southern Chihuahua District of the General Council of the Mexican Assemblies of God.  They are directly accountable to Presbyter and national officer, Rev. Cruz Valazquez, in Samachique, Mexico.
